UTS-ers experience dream jobs in the happy city
Today, Vietopia vocational city welcomes the “little residents” – UTS Primary students in an exciting filed trip. This is an activity associated with the April theme “Thinking – Creation” of UTS, to inspire and nurture dreams through career experiencing activities. At Vietopia, which has full utilities and functions as a miniature city, UTS-ers tried whatever career they love, such as programmer, firefighter, doctor, nurse, model, chef, etc. They also have learned to be independent and understand more about the value of working, when trying to work and receiving Vido – a special salary of Vietopia. The value of contribution is also enhanced when children know how to coordinate, interact and help each other. A day of experiential learning has passed, but surely UTS-ers will still remember this exciting field trip for a long time. Now, taking a break to recharge, then we will review memorable memories about this field trip in the next school day.

Growing up in the experiential learning trip of UTS-ers
Students from Grade 5 to Grade 12 of US Vietnam Talent International School had just experienced the fascinating experiential learning trip at Cu Chi – Ben Duoc tunnels and Hi-Tech Agricultural Zone – WonderPark. At the Cu Chi – Ben Duoc tunnels, UTS-ers visited the immense network of connecting tunnels which were built during the Vietnam War period. Students also discovered lots of precious historic and cultural values of the nation. At the Hi-Tech Agricultural Zone – WonderPark, UTS-ers learnt about various agricultural plants and practiced planting trees themselves. These trees are meaningful contributions of UTS-ers to the surrounding environment. At the end of this outing trip, students participated in team games and chilling under-water playground. A long day with various experiences was a precious chance for UTS-ers to learn more about good values of the nation and have joyful moments with teachers and their friends.
